Exchanges:

If you're looking to exchange the size of a garment, then simply post it back to us via the below address and include a note inside to let us know what new size you would like:

We do require you forward us the p&p to send your new order out, you can send this to us via Paypal to paypal@phantasysound.co.uk. If you are unsure how much this is, it'll be the amount shown on your order packing sheet, if you bought a tee and the first class postage to an address in the UK was £2.80 then send us £2.80 again, or if you'd like to change the postal service or it's for a singular item from a larger purchase, we can let you know what it is. Please note that we are not able to reimburse your return postage on exchange orders.
Refunds:

If you'd like us to refund an item, simply send it back to the address below with a note telling us to do just that. It would also be great to know why you'd like a refund, just so we can improve our items or service to you in the future.

Lost Items:
Due to the amount of items being lost by the postal system during the covid period, we are offering tracked shipping only for International orders. Please note for domestic orders that if tracking is not purchased at checkout, we won’t be able to locate your parcel if it goes missing. Thank you for your understanding that all missing parcels without tracking will not be eligible for refund or replacement.
Damaged Items:
Unfortunately we will no longer be able to send replacements for records that have been damaged in transit. Our records are packed in sturdy mailers with stiffeners and should withstand it's journey to you, but we cannot take responsibility for any mail service which does not handle your order correctly.
Customs & Duty Fees:
Your country of residence may charge customs or duty fees that are applied to all incoming parcels at the border. We're currently looking into how we can begin including customs/duty fees at checkout, but for the time being please note that these fees are separate from your order.
